Violet nuances, aromas of strawberry with a strong sweet aftertaste

A genuine natural rose sparkling wine which can be served as an aperitif. It is produced from the Syrah grape variety with the traditional method of Champagne, which means second fermentation in the bottle.

It is a fine wine with rich aroma of fresh red fruit, with fine dense bubbles, as well as notes of fresh bread (due to the contact of the wine with its lees for several months).

Colour: Bright rose colour with violet and rosy nuances

Nose: Intense aromas of pomegranate, strawberries and berries as well as aromas of freshly baked bread and dough.

Mouth: Dense, fine and “creamy” bubbles. with a rich foaming with long lasting and intense sweet aftertaste.

VINIFICATION

The free run of the red Syrah variety is extracted at low temperature during a short extraction period. It is produced using the classic traditional method followed for sparkling wines, which is fermentation in the bottle where the pressure reaches around 6 atmospheres.
