The “lady” of Epirus, namely, Debina the variety which gives the area of Zitsa the privilege to produce wines with Protected Designation of Origin wears its best appearance and preserves a few grams of unfermented sugars.

This is the secret of this unique white dry wine produced in the privately owned vineyards of Domaine Glinavos, to which it owes its name.

Colour, Aroma, Taste

Colour: light wheaten colour

Nose: elegant and delicate with pleasant aromas of apple, pear, citrus, fresh almond and citrus blossoms.

Mouth: light flavour, round, fruity and harmonious. The hint of fresh almond is more distinctive and peculiar. The apple and pear flavours are more intensive in the mouth.

VINIFICATION

Musting takes place in pneumatic presses under very low pressure, at a controlled temperature of 16° – 18°C. A few grams of unfermented sugars remain.
