Tsipouro Asimenia Limni

Fine, pleasant, delicate (without anise)

The tsipouro Asimenia Limni undergoes a double distillation, and is produced entirely from the grape marc of the white local variety Debina from the area of  Zitsa, at the distillery of our winery, operating since 2004.

The fermentation of the de-stemmed grape marc is done in such a way as to maintain the primary characteristic aromas of the grape variety. The distillation is carried out in ideal conditions, resulting is a spirit with subtle aromas and velvety taste.
