A truly special rose wine, which stands out as a result of its complicated aromatic character and which emerges from the red wine grape varieties Syrah and Vlahiko that are being cultivated in our vineyards.

The red fruit aromas and its spicy hints, that are perfectly and harmonically combined, give this wine a distinctive intensity and freshness, creating a wine that can be pleasantly consumed any hour of the day.

Colour, Aroma, Taste

Colour: Vivid and light rose with violet nuances

Nose: Intense and fresh aromas with rose, pomegranate juice, wild strawberry and some hints of spices dominating.

Mouth: fresh, with rich flavours of red fruits, wild strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry. Harmonious spicy character and discrete presence of tannins. Balanced acidity and finish with intense aromatic duration.

VINIFICATION

Classic red vinification with the only difference being that grape berries remain in the juice for 4 hours. When the juice acquires the desired colour, it is separated from grape berries which are slightly pressed.
